When you submit the form, your request is recorded as a pre-booking. Our team sends a confirmation message with availability, a programme suggestion and payment terms; your reservation is confirmed once you approve.
The outdoor and indoor thermal pools are free of charge throughout your stay. Activities such as the alpine coaster, rainbow tube slide and trampoline park are offered as tickets or packages, and can be bundled with your stay at a favourable rate.
Thermal-water and spa treatments are intended for wellness. If you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant or have a chronic illness, we recommend consulting your doctor. The resort is located close to the American Hospital and has a 24/7 first-aid point on site.
